After two decades in real estate – ranging from top-producing solo agent to broker/owner – Las Vegas’ Matt Farnham has found his true passion: leading a team with purpose and impact. In March 2025, Matt and Team Farnham Real Estate officially joined eXp Realty, embracing a platform that allows them to focus on what matters most: relationships, community, and making a difference.

“For the first time in my career, I feel like I have the wind at my back,” Matt shares. “Instead of spending my time on systems, compliance, and running a brokerage, I get to focus on serving our clients, growing our impact, and helping agents find harmony between work and life. That’s what brings me the most joy.”

One of the ways Matt and his team do this is by partnering with nonprofit organizations that serve vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, poverty, sex trafficking, hunger, and foster care.

Building “One Life” – Helping Agents Find Work-Life Harmony

Beyond his work with Team Farnham, Matt is launching One Life, a community podcast designed to help agents find the balance they crave. As a mentor and public speaker at multiple Tom Ferry events, he’s passionate about helping real estate professionals achieve success without sacrificing their personal lives.

“There’s so much focus on hustle in this industry,” Matt says. “But what’s the point of success if you’re burnt out? I want to help agents create harmony between their careers and personal lives, so they can thrive in both.”

Just weeks into his journey at eXp, Matt is already seeing the impact.
