Janie joined eXp Realty in 2021 and helped organize the founding of the eXp Luxury Division where she is co-chair and actively trains agents to become eXp Luxury agents. Before eXp, she was Executive VP at Sotheby’s where she began coaching and training agents. She was a speaker at the company’s annual conferences and developed a course in luxury sales.
