eXp Realty Expands Brokerage Operations Into the Dominican Republic

The Dominican Republic, a popular vacation destination and one of the fastest-growing economies in the Latin America and the Caribbean regions, has been added as country No. 19 for eXp Realty. (Read the press release here.)

With the opening of the Dominican Republic, it will mark 18 countries outside of the United States – the headquarters of eXp World Holdings – where eXp Realty has brokerage operations. Additional countries being added by the end of Q1 2022 include Greece and New Zealand.

Marbel Lugo, a real estate pioneer in the Dominican Republic with more than 20 years of experience, will be the Broker of Record. Lugo is the first real estate coach in the country, has authored a book and specializes in real estate investing, consulting and development. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Real Estate Agents in the Dominican Republic.
