Florida’s John Scalia, UK’s Christopher Abraham and Rachel Vanderveen Are Notable Individual Award Winners at EXPCON

During the first general session at EXPCON 2023 in Las Vegas, top-producing individual eXp Realty agents were recognized for their incredible success in 2022, including awards given for most sides, GCI and volume in the U.S., Canada and internationally. 

Once again, South Florida’s John Scalia grabbed the top spot in all three individual award categories in the U.S. John is a four-time ICON agent and finished 2022 with $299,829,716 in sales on 856 units.

In Canada, Rachel Vanderveen, a five-time ICON agent based in Calgary, Alberta, took two out of three awards for top sales volume and GCI. 

Internationally, Christopher Abraham of Great Britain took honors in two of the three categories as well: top sides and top volume. He closed 2022 with £31,052,750.00 in volume ($38,299,375.00 in USD). He is a two-time ICON agent.
