Luxury Vacation Developer Jason Caraway Teams Up With eXp Commercial
Crystal clear water and tropical blue skies: Jason Caraway has built his entrepreneurial career on training his eye on alluring opportunities. Through the private equity firm he co-founded, Platinum Pro Capital, and his real estate development company, Island Sky Investments, he focuses on luxury and vacation-style real estate development on some of the world’s most beautiful destinations.
As this category of development continues to attract buyers, Jason saw how eXp Commercial could deliver the tools and network to maximize growth, which led him to partner up in June 2024 with Stephanie Gilezan, a seasoned commercial broker and CEO of Gilezan Global Brokered by eXp Commercial.
“She’s a superstar professional with the kind of die-hard work ethic I appreciate, so I brought the Gilezan Team onboard to sell the condos at our development down in the Virgin Islands, Island Sky St. John. Through working with her and her team, I began to learn more about eXp and their innovative approaches to networking, selling real estate and the vision for the growth of the company,’’ Jason said.
St. John, Virgin Islands and Texas Among Jason’s Investment Locations
Equity ownership is a growing trend in luxury real estate, with more buyers seeking ways to co-own vacation property in order to tamp down entry costs and maintenance. Jason has tapped into this category with several developments, including Island Sky St. John , an equity residence club located in the heart of Cruz Bay, St. John USVI. It’s an island Jason fell in love with as a kid, and has seeded a visionary play in the luxury vacation real estate space.
Other developments include one in Crystal Beach, Texas, where the Pearl of East Marsh offers 32 luxury residences overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Upcoming projects are also slated for St. Croix, St. Lucia and the Florida Keys.
“I’ve been a serial entrepreneur my entire life, having and still launching new businesses. I’m involved in senior care, health and wellness, hospitality, among others, and now I’m in my 20th year as a real estate broker and developer. Currently, I act as CEO for both my development company Island Sky Investments, and Platinum Pro Capital, an athlete-centered private equity firm,’’ Jason said.
So far, and with so much on the horizon, Jason Caraway’s move to eXp Commercial has put a lot of wind in the sails of his ventures.

“Once I started to learn how eXp operated and met several others who were onboard I moved my license within a matter of months.”
