Her illustrious career began with Coldwell Banker, where she rose through the ranks to become the President of Coldwell Banker Southern California, a position she held for five years. In this capacity, Jamie oversaw 60 offices, 4,871 independent sales associates, and 135 employees, managing a territory that included Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties.

Under Jamie’s leadership, Coldwell Banker Southern California became a powerhouse in the real estate market, achieving $22 billion in sales volume and closing 15,700 units in 2022 alone, with an average sales price of $1.4 million. Her strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in driving Coldwell Banker’s success, making it a $490 million revenue company in 2022.

She Rose Through the Ranks at Coldwell Banker

Before her tenure as President of Southern California, Jamie served as the President overseeing Orange, Riverside, and San Diego counties for Coldwell Banker. Her leadership in these regions resulted in remarkable growth, with the company’s market share increasing by 50% and achieving the number one position in each county within a few short years. Her success in these roles solidified her reputation as a transformative leader in the real estate industry.

Jamie has also held various leadership positions with Coldwell Banker, including Regional Vice President for the Greater Los Angeles area, where she managed 15 offices and 1,000 agents from Santa Barbara to Pasadena. Her leadership of the Coldwell Banker Studio City office as Branch Manager and District Manager for 12 years earned her top honors, including Manager of the Year and the President’s Award on multiple occasions. The Studio City office consistently ranked among the top 20% of all Coldwell Banker offices nationally for nine consecutive years, a testament to her ability to drive production growth, recruit top talent, and close units.
