Michael Levy Brings a Fascinating Background to Real Estate
Michael is a native of California, but grew up in Westchester County. He has a rich background in real estate, beginning with a fascinating set of studies at Clemson University where he ended with a bachelor’s degree in textile management, a minor in German, and a concentration in computer science. He then earned diplomas in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Building Construction Management from NYU. He applied his knowledge in various roles, from commercial leasing at Helmsley-Spear, Inc. to construction management at Lehrer McGovern Bovis. After managing a bed-and-breakfast in California and working as a residential agent in Colorado, Michael decided to start his own real estate brokerage.
In 2006, Michael and his wife Jodi founded Grand Lux Realty in their basement, with no agents or listings. Known for its generous commission splits and supportive, non-corporate environment, Grand Lux Realty is ranked in the top 5% of brokerage firms in the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.
