Earlier this year, a powerhouse team out of Northern Virginia moved to eXp Realty. With more than $133 million in sales in 2023, D|R Homes & Investments made the switch in May 2024, bringing 14 agents and four full-time staffers to the eXp fold. 

Founded in 2014 by seasoned real estate pros Corey Dutko and Sean Ragen, the firm has grown to be one of the highest-yielding teams in metro Washington D.C., and was the top-producing team at Keller Williams United in 2023.
