Sandra Ranck Joins eXp Realty, Drawn by Its Leadership and Collaborative Culture

Sandra Ranck, a leading figure in Green Bay, Wisconsin real estate, has made the strategic decision to move her team, the Sandra Ranck Real Estate Collective to eXp Realty. After nine successful years with Keller Williams, Sandra realized that much of the support and inspiration driving her growth was coming not from her own brokerage, but from the relationships she had developed with leaders and agents at eXp.

“I decided to join eXp because I felt it was the best place for me and my team to really expand knowledge-wise,” Sandra explained. “I like to continually learn and evolve as well as be around top performers in the industry.”

Sandra said the masterminds she attends in Arizona are primarily with eXp agents and it just became apparent that she needed to join the brokerage and thought leaders where she was gaining her knowledge.

“It was just time to get over here and meet even more amazing people who are absolutely rocking their businesses,” she said. “I joined the Next Level Agent group of Kevin Kauffman and Fred Weaver’s and I am VERY EXCITED to be here!”

Her move to eXp Realty in September reflects her desire to immerse herself in an environment that fosters collaboration and growth, alongside top-performing agents who share her commitment to excellence. Sandra’s team, a full-service luxury boutique real estate business, closed $43 million in sales volume in 2023 on 58 units. Sandra feels this new chapter with eXp will accelerate her team’s upward trajectory.

“I was thinking about joining for the past three years,” said Sandra. “I was not unhappy where I was with Keller Williams.  I just realized that all my learning and growth was coming through my eXp relationships.”
