The #1 Zillow Seller Team in the Nation is Now Powered by eXp

In June 2024, K2 Omni Group hit a milestone that turned heads across the industry: they were named the #1 Zillow Seller Team in the Nation. With $105 million in production and 313 units closed in a single year by just 22 agents, this Albuquerque-born group proved they were more than a local success story.

Now they are entering a new stage in their real estate success story. K2 Omni Group has officially joined eXp Realty, bringing with them a culture of collaboration, big numbers, and even bigger vision.

From Albuquerque to Everywhere

The story started in Albuquerque, where co-founders Kiki and Kristina Salcido turned their Rookie of the Year wins into a fast-growing brokerage. By 2019, they had launched Simply Real Estate, a boutique brokerage that quickly became one of New Mexico’s fastest-rising companies. By 2022, they were honored with the Albuquerque Family Business Award for building a people-first culture rooted in integrity and community.

But the team didn’t stop there. They reimagined their vision with K2 Omni Group, a platform designed to scale beyond New Mexico. In 2024, they welcomed Nate Armstrong as a managing partner, joining forces with Kiki and Kristina to help drive growth into expansion markets. With Nate on board, the group strengthened its leadership bench and positioned itself to grow seamlessly into Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix, Boston, and Tampa/Orlando. Along the way they picked up national recognition, seats on industry boards, and a reputation for blending culture with cutting-edge strategy.

Expansion Without the Roadblocks

Growing beyond your home market sounds glamorous until the roadblocks hit – new licensing requirements, compliance headaches, the scramble to find managing brokers. Opening a new brokerage in every state can slow down even the most ambitious teams.

That is exactly what K2 Omni Group ran into as they expanded beyond New Mexico.

“We realized how tricky it was to start brokerages in each new state. Finding brokers, setting up infrastructure, dealing with the logistics — it all slowed us down,” Nate shared. “The idea that we could turn the lights on overnight was what really appealed to us.”

eXp changed the game. Instead of wrestling with the red tape, K2 Omni Group gained a ready-to-scale platform that delivered brokerage support in every state, compliance solutions already in place, and systems designed for growth. They kept their brand, their culture, and they gained the power to expand anywhere they wanted without sacrificing momentum.

“We looked at eXp as a multiplier. The systems, comp structure, and national reach weren’t just impressive — they were scalable. And after seeing how others leveraged the platform to grow without losing control of their brand or their culture, we realized eXp was the missing piece to make K2 Omni Group go National, and one day, International,” said Kristina Salcido.

For a team that had already proven they could dominate locally, eXp offered the one thing they could not build on their own: a national stage without the roadblocks.

More Than Numbers

Yes, K2 Omni Group posts big production stats. But behind the numbers is a people-first culture. Kristina co-founded Rescue Angels, Inc., a nonprofit dog rescue that has placed over 1,000 dogs in forever homes. Kiki launched My Market, a boutique grocery store in Albuquerque that has become a hub for local flavor and community connection. The group has also been featured on The American Dream TV, where they spotlight Albuquerque real estate with storytelling and style.

They lead with relationships, innovation, and a long-term vision of helping agents not just close deals, but build sustainable businesses. That commitment to culture and legacy is one reason eXp felt like the right fit.

What’s Next

With 56 agents already on board, 12 support staff, and four managing partners, K2 Omni Group is hitting the ground running at eXp. They see their future not only in new states but on a global stage, tapping into the collaborative energy of the eXp network while maintaining the culture that has defined them from the start.

“For my agents, it’s been a major win. They’re plugged into world-class tools, live trainings, and additional income opportunities — all while staying rooted in our K2 Omni Group culture. For us as owners, we’ve never felt more equipped to scale” stated Kiki.

For ambitious agents and teams, their story is more than inspiration. It is proof. If you want to grow beyond your local market and scale without roadblocks, you need a platform built for expansion. K2 Omni Group found that in eXp Realty.
