The final day of eXpcon Miami 2025 brought it all together — practical learning, connection across every corner of the convention center, and a beachside celebration to wrap a week defined by energy and community.

The last General Session set a tone of clarity and forward motion. CEO Leo Pareja shared how agents can lead through change, while speakers like Spring Bengtzen and Russ Laggan brought inspiration, humor and practical perspective. From leadership insights to real-world takeaways, the final General Sessions reminded everyone that progress happens when information meets action.

Agents packed breakout rooms for quick, actionable learning.

The day’s sessions focused on what agents can apply right away. From Canva marketing tips and AI workflows to video strategy, leadership panels and systems that scale, each breakout offered simple frameworks designed to make business smoother and smarter.

Connection Everywhere

Lounges and meetups kept community at the center of the day.

Lounges stayed busy with conversations that went beyond transactions. eXp Capable hosted an open discussion on ability and inclusion. ONE eXp and Pride Network meetups filled the halls with familiar faces and new introductions. Even between sessions, collaboration was the common thread.

The Final Wave brought everyone together one last time.

As the sun set over Miami Beach, the eXp community gathered for The Final Wave Closing Reception — music, dancing and one last round of high-fives before heading home. It was a celebration of connection and a reminder that the momentum built here keeps moving long after the week ends.
